I went to look at a storage unit yesterday and had such a great experience thanks to Sheyla. She was honestly one of the kindest, most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish, she made everything feel easy and stress-free.
During the tour, I really noticed how well-run and professional the facility is. Sheyla paid attention to every detail, even explaining things like the timestamps on the unit doors so customers always know what’s going on. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making the experience smooth and transparent.
She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I fully understood—even when I asked the same question more than once. That level of care really stood out to me.
The units themselves are clean and well-maintained, and I loved the extra touches like having trolleys, brooms, and even washrooms available on-site.
Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’m really looking forward to having a unit here. The level of customer service alone makes this place stand out. Highly recommend!

The staff here are very friendly to deal with. The storage lockers are extremely clean and well lit. I rented a small locker to store a motorcycle. The grounds, the walkway / driveways are very clean and smooth. The asphalt is brand new with no divots or potholes. Perfect place to store your classic car or motorcycle. It's out of the way in a very quiet place that does not have any traffic. Highly recommended!

The support and customer service offered by Richard and Sheyla has been second to none. Their diligence in updating accounts, carrying out inspections, keeping supplies stocked, and the facility clean shines through. Great lighting throughout and I felt very safe visiting at all hours of the day. Ample carts and dollies available onsite. Zero signs of pests due to proactive mouse bait station placements around every corner.
One time, I accidentally didn’t put the lock back correctly on my locker. Richard noticed this on his next set of rounds and immediately called me so I could come fix it.
Another time, I forgot to grab measuring tape on my way up to my locker. Sheyla had some available at the desk which she kindly let me borrow.
I rented for over half a year and I am sad to now be clearing out my locker just because I will miss chatting with whoever was on site whenever I’d drop by. I rented this locker during a stressful period of my life and I am thrilled with the peace of mind it was able to offer me, but all thanks to Richard and Sheyla.
