I am very impressed with all facets of the operation. From Melina in the office and Anna all transactions are smooth and clear. The premises is state of the art, loading and unloading easy, heated a major asset. Love the lighting technique. I have one minor complaint. There is a need for a washroom near the back door.

The staff - Richard and Sheila - at the Bradford Self Storage were terrific. Richard was very informative patiently reviewing all of our storage needs and suggested storage options if necessary…without any “sales pressure”. This allowed my wife and I to have full confidence and peace of mind with the storage facility as well as the professional staff.
The following day we started our storage process…there were no surprises, everything went as it was described to us allowing us to have confidence in where we were storing our belongings.

Milena Has been so amazing to work with! She helped us so much in finding the right unit for our needs! The place is so clean and perfect… best storage unit I’ve had!! Highly recommend!!

First off, I would like to thank Milena for her professionalism and more importantly that day, her patience :-) Thank you Milena. I was very impressed with this facility and the staff and would highly recommend it. It was clean, quiet and cool (impt. when you're lugging heavy furniture into storage) with 3 separate loading bay options with one of them inside and covered. I've had some bad experiences with storage lockers but here, Milena was so so patient with me, despite my somewhat frazzled and overwhelmed state, and answered all my questions and found suitable solutions for my situation. Milena made securing the locker quick and painless and was very thorough with going over all the relevant details and answered all my questions with a smile which helped to turn a somewhat bad day into a not so bad day :-) Thanks again for all your help Milena.
