First off, I would like to thank Milena for her professionalism and more importantly that day, her patience :-) Thank you Milena. I was very impressed with this facility and the staff and would highly recommend it. It was clean, quiet and cool (impt. when you're lugging heavy furniture into storage) with 3 separate loading bay options with one of them inside and covered. I've had some bad experiences with storage lockers but here, Milena was so so patient with me, despite my somewhat frazzled and overwhelmed state, and answered all my questions and found suitable solutions for my situation. Milena made securing the locker quick and painless and was very thorough with going over all the relevant details and answered all my questions with a smile which helped to turn a somewhat bad day into a not so bad day :-) Thanks again for all your help Milena.

We found Milena to be very friendly and professional during our interaction obtaining our side-by-side storage lockers with eyesight to the loading ramp. Super convenient. The facility itself is well maintained and spotless. Loading ramps are large, spacious and bright. Washrooms, while somewhat dated and in need some minor repair, are otherwise kept very clean and fresh. There could be a few more carts for convenience when there is a large move at the ramps, however, if you have your own, bring it as well. It’s will help out a lot. As well, we have downloaded the keyless entry app so you only show your phone on entry, but have yet to try. It will be very convenient indeed. In summary the little things mentioned do not detract in anyway to how nice the facility and how friendly and helpful the staff are and we strongly recommend!!

Everything about the cleanliness, security, access, environment, loading dock, employees, and building is A+. Can't think of a single complaint or change I would like to see. It may very well be the best storage facility you've ever seen.

Such great and helpful staff! I definitely recommend. The units are clean and the building is well kept!
