The staff here are very friendly to deal with. The storage lockers are extremely clean and well lit. I rented a small locker to store a motorcycle. The grounds, the walkway / driveways are very clean and smooth. The asphalt is brand new with no divots or potholes. Perfect place to store your classic car or motorcycle. It's out of the way in a very quiet place that does not have any traffic. Highly recommended!

Richard is amazing! I was very stressed about finding a climate controlled unit to store my little red sports car for the Winter but Richard alleviated all my worries and now my little beauty is in a safe and warm storage unit for the Winter.

I was really impressed with the high level of customer service at Vault. Richard was very friendly, welcoming and took the time to explain what storage option would best suit my needs. As we were moving everything into the unit Richard came to check in on us and even brought us some cold water bottles (which was really appreciated since it was a very hot day). He also did his best to look at all options so that I got the best deal. Overall, I was very impressed with the high level of customer service (which seems rare these days).
The units themselves are simple and easy to access. The area is clean and well maintained. They also have complimentary dollies and carts which is really helpful for moving.
Would absolutely recommend.

Vault Storage Bradford is an amazing place! They’re always accommodating, always helpful, and their prices can’t be beat. The staff are truly wonderful—Richard and Shayla go above and beyond every time, and they make the whole experience easy and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend to anyone needing storage!

I can't say enough good things about this storage facility. From the moment I walked in, Richard and Lisa were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the whole process so easy. They took the time to explain all the options, answered every question with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
The units themselves are super clean, well-lit, and secure. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the place; everything is spotless and organized. I felt completely comfortable storing my belongings here, and I never had to worry about safety or access.
It’s rare to find a business that’s this professional, reliable, and genuinely nice to deal with. Whether you’re storing short-term or long-term, I highly recommend them. Five stars isn’t enough. They’re just really, really good!
