I would highly recommend Vault Storage. When I spoke with staff on the phone they were extremely helpful and fully explained everything. I was able to easily book my unit with them. When I arrived on site Sheyla was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a full tour of the facility and made sure everything was in place so our move would go smoothly. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate.

Best storage in the area! Units and facility are super clean. Snow is cleared regularly. Bathrooms are available 24/7 and most importantly, service is second to none. The staff ensures they understand your needs so they can advise you on the best type of unit to facilitate how you plan to use it. Knowledgeable and able to offer feedback that you may not have thought of. They will also do their best to work within your budget.

If you're looking for a safe and convenient place to store your belongings, look no further! This storage facility is a true gem, offering 24/7 access with your own code and excellent customer service. As a realtor, I store all my staging furniture here, and finding a location with easy access was a challenge—until I found this place.
They have exterior access, making it super easy to pull in with your car, plus paved roads, clean bathrooms, and climate-controlled units at reasonable prices. As well, roads are maintained to get into your unit, snow is plowed, they are on top of this. Richard is fantastic, and the entire team provides top-notch service. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough nice things about Sheyla at the East Gwillimbury location. From us thinking a smaller unit would be enough and then realizing that we needed bigger Sheyla worked out an amazing deal for us to be able to keep the smaller one for the month so we could slowly move our stuff into the bigger unit over the next 4 weeks as opposed to having to double our work for the one day. Sheyla is a huge asset to the company, I would give her 1000 stars if I could. I sincerely thank you for all your help and time and effort into making sure we got the best deal for our situation.
